Welcome to Smart-Service (smart-service.top). By browsing this website or ordering hens, ducks, and fresh eggs from our facility, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

1. Livestock Health Commitments

We guarantee all our laying hens and waterfowl leave our bio-secure quarantine gates in premium health and fully vaccinated. Since live animals are highly sensitive to travel stress and environment changes, Smart-Service offers a 48-hour post-delivery health guarantee. Any concerns must be documented by a qualified vet report.

2. Order Placement & Down Payments

• Custom wholesale orders require a 30% advance booking deposit.
• All balances must be paid in full before transport dispatch loading.
• Invoices remain active for 14 business days. Rates are subject to change after this window due to varying feed and vaccine market changes.

3. Scheduled Farm Inspections

For farm safety, client visits are scheduled strictly on Tuesdays and Thursdays via official appointments. Random visits are not allowed to avoid livestock panic and disease transfer.

4. Liability Exclusions

Smart-Service is not liable for bird management or egg laying rates once items are received and signed off by the buyer. Laying results vary depending on buyer feed quality and environmental shelter temperatures.
